With over five years of experience across AEC, construction, and energy, he brings a sharp understanding of what it takes to build high-performing teams in technical markets.

Before Viridan, Matt specialized in placing project engineers, superintendents, construction managers, and estimators across Central Texas, developing a reputation for finding the right fit, fast. His background in both full-cycle recruiting and client facing business development gives him a rare ability to understand what companies truly need and finding the people who deliver it.

Originally from Humboldt County, Northern California, Matt has called Austin home since 2021. He grew up playing travel basketball and soccer, and outside of work, you'll find him on the golf course, spending time with his girlfriend, friends, or cheering on the Denver Broncos.
