Austin Moore joined Viridan Group in May 2026 as Placement Operations Lead, where he plays a key role in expanding and optimizing operations within the contracts sector. His background spans operations roles across construction, airport services, and contractor support, giving him a broad and practical understanding of workforce needs and organizational efficiency.

Austin holds dual degrees in Psychology and Political Science from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, with minors in Sociology, Women's & Gender Studies, and Mathematics — reflecting an intellectual curiosity and deep commitment to understanding people and systems.

Beyond his operational expertise, Austin is driven by the belief that meaningful work and equitable reward can create healthier, more sustainable outcomes for individuals and organizations alike. He is based in Houston, Texas, where he enjoys exploring the city with his two dogs, and can often be found reading or traveling to the places that inspire the stories he loves.
