Hallie is a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Viridan Group, joining the team in July 2026. She specializes in connecting top talent with organizations across the energy sector, with a primary focus on EPC, particularly transmission and interconnection. Hallie also recruits across renewable energy functions, including compliance, finance, software engineering, and other critical roles supporting the clean energy transition. She is passionate about building lasting partnerships and helping organizations grow the teams shaping the future of sustainable infrastructure.

Hallie’s commitment to sustainability extends beyond recruitment. She adopted a vegetarian lifestyle in high school to reduce her environmental impact, and her undergraduate studies reinforced her dedication by highlighting the global impacts of climate change on vulnerable communities.

Outside of work, Hallie enjoys staying active, reading, spending time at the beach, and volunteering with a literacy initiative she has supported since college. She lives in Los Angeles with her furry best friend, Tommy.
